Activities, groups and language cafes
Family cafés
Our family cafés are open meeting places for parents and
children. At the family cafés, you can meet other families with children that are living in your area. We offer coffee & tea and pleasant activities.
Workers are also welcome to visit our family cafés.
Language cafés for families
In the language cafe you can practice easy Finnish with the help of tasks. The group also reads current news in plain language.
Online groups
Language-based family cafés
Our online language-based family cafés are spaces where people can discuss various everyday life topics
and themes raised by the participants in their mother tongue. These groups are aimed specifically at women.
Mums’ Hangouts
At Mums’ Hangouts, different topics, including family life, school, work, hobbies and other current issues, are discussed
in plain Finnish.
This will give you the chance to get to know
new people and cultures. Mums’ Hangouts are aimed specifically at women.
Parent groups
The ABC group is aimed at parents of children aged 3-12.
Individualised assistance
We offer assistance and advise in everyday matters in different languages. You can book an appointment with our employees.
